She stepped on the Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place within the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectations. She was happy about her position. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she was competing with top-of-the-line athletes. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. The first step is warming up and then moves on to working out. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Converting all the back exercises into three to four 10- 12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
